This open floor plan, 2700 sq ft Victorian-style house is perfect for multi-family or group use.  You'll love the cozy blue, yellow, and white decor, the huge screened porch, sun deck, and open front porch.  Inside, there's a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, flat screen TV, Wireless Internet, gas grill, and dining table that seats 12.  Bedrooms include main level Master with King bed, 2nd floor Master with King bed, Queen with extra twin, Double, and Bunk Room that sleeps 6-7.  There are 4 full baths and an outside shower.  So whether you're planning a vacation, family reunion, golf outing, attending a wedding, or you're here for a sporting event, you won't find more comfortable accommodations.  Summer rentals include 2 beach parking passes that permit free, unlimited parking on any residential street in Bethany Beach.  We are located 10 blocks from the ocean - so walk, bike, use the Town Trolley (25 cents Memorial Day to Labor Day only), or make use of the parking passes.  Prime dates book early.  Please make your reservation today to avoid disappointment!
