Enjoy the Santa Cruz decor with many authentic old Santa Cruz nick-knacks.  Don't miss this view with nothing between you & the water except a one-lane, one-way road.

The master bedroom also has a fabulous view of the Monterey Bay & the stars at night with a Queen bed. The 2nd bedroom has some fun original paintings & a Queen bed. There is a 27" flat screen in the Living Room.  The entertainment center also has karaoke capability if guests bring their own microphone & CDs with graphics. This home is very special & has been loved by the owner's family & friends exclusively until now! There is a handicap toilet & a ramp at the back door. Several lawn chairs & beach chairs and some beach towels are stored in the garage.
Sorry no children under 10, or pets allowed since there is not a fence between the home and the street. There is a large grassy front yard & private enclosed back patio with a Hot Tub & outdoor dining area (seats 4) with a Gas BBQ.  Capitola is a 7-minute drive away or a short & mostly level walk or bike ride on the bike path. There are benches to sit along East Cliff to watch early morning surfers, and views. This is a wonderful home to bring bicycles & bike along East Cliff Drive. (Bikes can be stored in private garage) & then go on down to Capitola Village for outdoor beach-front dining, music, & shopping; or for an ice cream on a hot day!  Drive to Monterey in 40 minutes & downtown Santa Cruz Boardwalk/Wharf in 10 min.
