This owner occupied unit is the only rental on Bailey Island with it's own Sandy Beach and Dock. Beautiful views of the famous Cribstone Bridge. Plenty of room to play or just sit and relax by the ocean or take a nap in the hammock. Stroll on the beach and find treasures or at low tide walk to Cedar Island. Enjoy a refreshing drink on your deck and enjoy the water view while cooking dinner (gas grill provided). Completely separate units and entrances for your privacy and ours. Feel free to use the whole property for BBQ's, games and relaxing. We do allow your pet to vacation with you but we do charge extra. ($100 for 1 pet, 2% extra for additional pets)
